As i sit in a protected harbor, listening to gusts of winds well in excess of 25kts rattle the boat and rigging, i pull up the weather app to see what the rest of the night brings, and if i will get any sleep.

There in black and white, or rather full color, its says i am wrong! Its not boat shaking 25+, its only 8 MPH. Again, the only person i know who gets paid to give the wrong information and still keep his job, is the weatherman. Where is Roy Leap and his dog Scud?

As i have the nav app running along with the anchor alarm in case we break free in this mess. And this weather program says nope, only 8 mph!

Years back you could almost forgive them from occasionally getting it wrong, but now twice in three days i would like to strangle someone. I swear somewhere there is a computer plotting the demise of the human race, one screwed up forecast after another.
